Official Will Remain Anonymous But Has Initials "BHO"

According to Ynet, an anonymous US official says, "We have a red line, which is a nuclear weapon. We’re committed to that red line.”

Well, that's great! We have a red line. We're committed to it. I suppose that means that if (when?) Iran crosses that line, we will act. After all, that's the nature of red lines, no? Cross them at your peril, and all that.

Wait a minute. Hold on. If Iran crosses that red line, won't they, like, actually have a goddam nuclear bomb? Won't acting (whatever that means) after Iran actually has a bomb be vastly more difficult/costly/dangerous?

I wonder: Does the "anonymous US official" have the initials BHO? Because this sounds an awful lot like "Don't call my bluff," doesn't it?

Perfect. Just perfect.
